The Verification Process

Paste email addresses directly into the text area, or upload a CSV or TXT file. Our system parses and deduplicates your list automatically.

Each email goes through syntax checks, DNS lookups, MX record validation, SMTP mailbox probing, and AI-powered analysis to determine its validity.

Track your batch verification progress in real-time. The dashboard shows the percentage completed and estimated time remaining.

When verification is complete, download a detailed CSV report with status, confidence score, AI verdict, and domain health for every email.

Verification Technology

Our engine performs multiple checks on each email address to deliver accurate results:

Checks email format against RFC 5322 standards to catch typos, missing characters, and invalid formatting.

Verifies that the domain exists and has valid mail exchange (MX) records configured to receive email.

Connects to the mail server and checks if the specific mailbox exists without sending an actual email.

Uses machine learning to analyze patterns, detect disposable addresses, catch-all domains, and role-based accounts.
