No. Our SMTP probing checks if a mailbox exists by initiating an SMTP handshake but does not actually deliver any email. The recipient will not receive any message or notification.

You have two options:

• Paste directly — Type or paste email addresses into the text area on the dashboard, one per line.
• Upload a file — Drag and drop a .csv or .txt file containing your email list onto the upload area.

The system automatically parses, deduplicates, and validates the format before processing.

We accept .csv and .txt files. For CSV files, emails should be in the first column (a header row is fine). For TXT files, place one email address per line.

No. The Free plan gives you 100 email verifications per month at no cost and no credit card required. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime if you need more.

Each email verification uses 1 credit. Your monthly credit allowance depends on your plan:

• Free — 100 credits/month
• Starter ($29/mo) — 2,000 credits/month
• Growth ($79/mo) — 10,000 credits/month
• Pro ($149/mo) — 25,000 credits/month
• Business ($249/mo) — 50,000 credits/month
• Enterprise ($399/mo) — 100,000 credits/month

No. Credits reset at the start of each billing period. We recommend choosing a plan that matches your typical monthly usage.

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account page. Upgrades take effect immediately with the new credit allowance. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

You'll see a friendly message letting you know your credits are exhausted. You can either wait for your credits to reset at the start of your next billing period, or upgrade to a higher plan for more credits immediately.

Each report includes these fields for every email:

• Status — Valid, invalid, risky, or unknown
• Confidence Score — 0–100 certainty rating
• AI Verdict — Machine learning assessment
• Is Safe to Send — Yes/No recommendation
• Reason — Detailed explanation
• Domain Health Score — MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC checks

Processing time depends on the number of emails. Small batches (under 100 emails) typically complete in under a minute. Larger lists are processed in parallel but may take several minutes. You can track progress in real-time on the dashboard.

Yes. Every completed verification report has a "Download CSV" button. The CSV file contains all verification data for easy import into your email marketing platform or CRM.

Yes. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely. Your email lists are only accessible to your account and are never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Verification reports are retained in your account so you can download them anytime. You can contact us to request data deletion at any time in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
